Incorrect-user login via truncated badge identifier

Race condition in HP badge-swipe processing in PaperCut NG/MF before 24.1.9 or before 25.0.10 allows attackers to open another user's session. After a lost sequence-reset notice, the server rejects the first fragment but accepts later fragments, registering a truncated badge ID. Exploitation requires physical badge use, packet loss and reordering, and a custom post-processing script that converts the truncated value into another valid ID.
