Unauthenticated stored XSS via unescaped cached tweets

Stored XSS in Smash Balloon Custom Twitter Feeds 2.5.4 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts through cached tweet text. CTF_Display_Elements::get_post_text() sends cached tweet data through nl2br() without HTML escaping, and ctf_get_more_posts returns the result directly. Exploitation requires attacker-controlled content to enter a configured feed's cache; requesting the unauthenticated AJAX action then executes it in a visitor's browser.
