CVE-2026-61699Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Continued mesh access via discarded revocation blocklist

Published Sep 4, 2026 · Updated Sep 8, 2026

Improper certificate revocation in Forgekeep nebula-mesh before 0.7.1 allows remote authenticated users to retain overlay access. The agent poller decodes the server's Blocklist field but discards it, while the configuration generator omits pki.blocklist from config.yml. Possession of an exfiltrated host.key and host.crt is required; a blocked host can continue reaching same-CA peers and internal mesh services until certificate expiry.
