Cross-tenant dataset disclosure via unbound initialId lookup

Incorrect authorization in FastGPT 4.14.17 through 4.14.23 allows remote authenticated users to read cross-tenant dataset text. The getCollectionQuote handler queries the center node by attacker-supplied initialId without applying its authorized team, dataset, and collection filter, then merges that node into the response. A normal tenant account plus an attacker-owned chat and collection context and a victim dataset data ID is sufficient to disclose the victim dataset quote or full text.
