Account takeover via unverified OIDC email linking

Improper authentication in ellite Wallos 4.0.0 through 4.9.5 allows remote attackers to take over local accounts through OIDC login. The OIDC callback in includes/oidc/handle_oidc_callback.php matches the userinfo email claim to a local user and writes the attacker's subject identifier without checking email_verified. Exploitation requires opt-in OIDC and an identity provider that accepts an arbitrary or unverified victim email; an attacker needs no Wallos account or password and can obtain administrator access.
