Internal service access via unfiltered OIDC URLs

Server-side request forgery in Wallos before 4.9.6 allows remote authenticated users with administrator access to reach internal services. The OIDC callback passes administrator-configured token_url and user_info_url values directly to curl_init() without the SSRF validation used for other URLs. Administrator access and enabled OIDC configuration are required; requests can read cloud metadata or reach services visible only to the server.
