Connection disruption via oversized broker frames

Denial of service in RabbitMQ Java Client before 5.33.0 allows remote attackers to disrupt connections via oversized broker AMQP frames. In SocketFrameHandler and NettyFrameHandlerFactory, the inbound frame reader keeps validating broker-controlled payload lengths against maxInboundMessageBodySize instead of the negotiated frame_max, so protocol-invalid method frames are allocated and decoded rather than rejected with MalformedFrameException. Exploitation requires control of, or subversion of traffic from, the broker peer, and the disclosed consequence is client-side connection interruption rather than broker compromise or direct data exposure.
