Session code execution via unauthenticated control endpoint

Missing authentication in Cursor Cloud Agents before 03/31/2026 allows remote attackers to execute code through a local control endpoint. Browser-loaded attacker-controlled content can reach the unauthenticated endpoint from inside the agent container, gaining session-level access to files, repository contents, environment variables, credentials, and GitHub App tokens. Exploitation requires a browser-capable Cloud Agent configuration and a browser flow that loads attacker-controlled content; effects remain bounded by the session and its granted permissions.
