Process crash via empty multiView vector indexing

Out-of-bounds read in OpenEXR before 3.2.11, 3.3.0 through 3.3.12, and 3.4.0 through 3.4.13 allows attackers to crash a process via a crafted EXR. GetChannelsInMultiPartFile accepts an empty multiView header vector and passes each dotless channel name to viewFromChannelName, which unconditionally indexes element zero. Processing the file through the multipart or multiview metadata helper path triggers a null-page read and terminates the consuming application or tool.
