Cross-tenant SQL injection via uncast primary_id

SQL injection in the Remote API in ISPConfig 3 allows remote authenticated users to read, modify, or delete data via primary_id. Delete and update handlers build SQL WHERE clauses by concatenating the caller-supplied primary_id in getDeleteSQL and the update path without integer casting or placeholder binding, and the JSON handler preserves injected strings unchanged. Any remote API account with one permitted delete or update function is enough, and default SQL scanning does not block quote-free boolean payloads, enabling cross-tenant writes and blind extraction of records such as password hashes.
