Administrator credential disclosure via unauthenticated sysinfo response
Published Sep 8, 2026 · Updated Sep 8, 2026
Information disclosure in Netis NX10 firmware 4.0.1.5808 and 3.0.0.4142 allows remote attackers to obtain the administrator password. The pre-authentication /web/cgi-bin/skk_get.cgi?sysinfo response includes the stored credential, which /web/cgi-bin/login.cgi accepts verbatim. Network access to the management interface is required; it is LAN-reachable by default and WAN-reachable when remote management is enabled, and credential replay grants an administrator session.
