Authentication bypass in Puwell IP Camera firmware 2.x through 4.x allows remote attackers to control devices via TCP port 23456. The proprietary control service accepts protocol-conforming packets without validating the Session header or requiring credentials. Network reachability to port 23456 is sufficient to view live video, operate pan and tilt motors, use audio functions, and restart the camera.
