Secret disclosure via unthrottled passphrase guesses

Brute-force protection failure in Password Pusher before 2.9.2 allows remote attackers with a push token to recover protected secrets. The PushesController access action compares each supplied passphrase but only logs failures, while a generic IP throttle permits 120 requests per minute. Possession of a valid push token is required; recovering a short or dictionary-derived passphrase exposes that push's full secret payload.
