Authenticated code execution via double-extension file upload

Unrestricted file upload in the Grav API plugin before 1.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute PHP via crafted filenames. HandlesMediaUploads::validateFileExtension() checks only the final suffix against a dangerous-extension blocklist, allowing an embedded PHP extension to pass. Remote authenticated users need api.media.write permission, and execution requires a web server that treats the double-extension file as PHP; otherwise, PHP source is exposed.
