Workflow-state tampering via unchecked label mutations

Missing authorization in PraisonAI Platform before 0.1.9 allows remote authenticated users to alter shared label and issue-label state. Label PATCH and issue-label POST/DELETE routes require only workspace membership; they omit owner or admin authorization before LabelService writes names, colors, and associations. Ordinary workspace membership is sufficient to tamper with shared triage taxonomy and owner-created issue workflow state, with no reported data disclosure or service interruption.
