Restricted command execution via find actions
Published Jul 10, 2026 · Updated Jul 10, 2026
OS command injection in PraisonAI before 4.6.78 allows remote authenticated users to execute restricted local binaries through agent tools. Four shell and sandbox implementations validate only the first command token, then pass remaining arguments to find, whose built-in actions evade metacharacter and path filters. Access to shell() or SandboxExecutor is required; exploitation reads blocked files, deletes files, or runs installed binaries with the process privileges.
