Improper access control in Oracle Siebel CRM Cloud Applications 22.3 through 26.6 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle identifies Siebel Cloud Manager as the affected component, but the Oracle advisory and public CVE record do not disclose the vulnerable endpoint, code path, or missing authorization check.
