Admin-level data read and write
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 21, 2026
Improper access control in Siebel Cloud Manager in Oracle Siebel CRM Cloud Applications 22.3 through 26.6 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data over HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only that the flaw is in the Siebel Cloud Manager component; no public advisory identifies the endpoint, authorization check, or state-changing operation that mishandles a request. Exploitation requires existing high privileges and network reachability to the HTTP interface, and the published impact is unauthorized data read and write access without a reported availability effect.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
