Vulnerability in Oracle Siebel CRM Cloud Applications 22.3 through 26.6 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle attributes the flaw to the Siebel Cloud Manager component, but its advisory and CSAF record do not disclose the affected endpoint, code path, or validation failure, so the incorrect operation on untrusted input is not public.
