Incorrect authorization in Oracle Advanced Benefits 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify benefits data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Internal Operations and has not disclosed the failed authorization check or request-processing operation. High-privilege application access is required; exploitation can expose all accessible Advanced Benefits data and alter some data, with cross-product impact.
