Authenticated application takeover
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper privilege management in Oracle Payables 12.2.8 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected component only as Internal Operations and has not disclosed the request, function, or authorization error that enables the takeover. A low-privileged account and network access to the HTTP interface are required; successful exploitation grants control over Payables data and service operation.
