Authenticated takeover over HTTP
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026
Vulnerability in Oracle U.S. Federal Financials 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle describes the issue only as an Internal Operations flaw and does not identify the affected endpoint, function, or improper operation on untrusted input in public records. Exploitation requires valid low-privilege application access and network reachability to the HTTP interface, and Oracle rates the result as full compromise of confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
