Improper access control in Event Management in Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform 13.5 and 24.1 allows attackers to modify data via HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only the affected Event Management component and has not published the endpoint, code path, or access-control check that accepts unauthenticated HTTP requests. No authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation can alter or delete Enterprise Manager data, read a subset of accessible data, and interrupt part of the service.
