Access control failure in Oracle HCM Configuration Workbench 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to alter or read data via HTTP. Oracle identifies Spreadsheet Loading as the affected component but has not disclosed the request path or failed access-control operation. No credentials or user interaction are required; successful requests can modify or read some accessible data and partially interrupt service.
