Unauthenticated service data reading and modification
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Oracle TeleService 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to read and alter service data via unauthenticated HTTP requests. Oracle identifies Service Diagnostics Scripts as the affected component but has not published the vulnerable script, request parameter, or failed security check. No account or user interaction is required; the bounded impact is unauthorized reading, insertion, modification, or deletion of a subset of TeleService-accessible data.
