Authenticated data tampering via server access-control failure
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Advanced Inbound Telephony 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Servers component and does not disclose which authorization check mishandles the request. Low-privileged application access is required; exploitation reads a subset of accessible data, changes or deletes some data, and partially interrupts service.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
