Improper access control in Oracle E-Business Suite Payroll 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read all Payroll data. Oracle identifies the Payroll component and HTTP access path but has not disclosed the affected endpoint or the authorization check it performs incorrectly.
