Improper access control in Oracle PeopleSoft FIN Common Objects Argentina 9.1 allows remote authenticated users to take over the product via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the vulnerable Staffing locus or the access-control operation that mishandles an authenticated HTTP request. A low-privileged account is sufficient, and successful exploitation grants complete control of the application with impacts extending beyond it.
