Unauthenticated application server takeover
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Authentication bypass in Oracle Communications Converged Application Server 8.2 and 8.3 allows remote attackers to take over the server via TCP/IP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as the Core component and has not disclosed the erroneous operation on untrusted network input. No credentials or user interaction are required, but exploitation has high complexity and grants full control of the application server.
