Authenticated data disclosure, modification, and service interruption
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Payroll 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read or modify payroll data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the Payroll component but does not disclose the endpoint, authorization decision, or input handling that permits the unauthorized operations. Low-privilege access is sufficient to read a subset of accessible data, update, insert, or delete some accessible data, and partially interrupt the service.
