Access control flaw in Oracle WebCenter Portal Runtime Tools 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 lets remote authenticated users take control over HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only that the flaw is in the Runtime Tools component; no public advisory, CVE record, or patch detail reviewed here identifies the affected endpoint or the operation that mishandles attacker-controlled HTTP requests.
