Unauthenticated data access and modification
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 20, 2026
Access control flaw in Runtime Tools in Oracle WebCenter Portal 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected endpoint or the failed authorization or authentication check, so the vulnerable request path inside Runtime Tools remains undisclosed. Exposure requires network reachability to the HTTP interface with no credentials, and Oracle rates the attack complexity as high while noting that compromise can extend to additional in-scope products.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
