Authenticated data disclosure and modification
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle HRMS (UK) 12.2.9 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter HRMS data. The flaw is in the UK Payroll component, but Oracle has not disclosed the affected request, authorization check, or underlying code path. Low-privileged HTTP access is sufficient to read all accessible data and create, delete, or modify it; availability is unaffected.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
