Improper privilege management in Oracle Application Object Library 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to take control via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as DB Privileges and has not disclosed the incorrect operation that mishandles privileges. A low-privileged account and network access to the HTTP service are required; successful exploitation grants complete control over the library.
