Improper privilege management in PeopleSoft HCM Talent Acquisition Manager 9.2 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application. Oracle has not published the vulnerable function, request parameter, or incorrect operation within the Job Opening component. Low-privileged network access over HTTP is sufficient, and successful exploitation compromises confidentiality, integrity, and availability beyond the component security scope.
