Improper access control in Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN General Ledger Argentina 9.1 allows remote authenticated users to alter ledger data. Oracle has not disclosed the General Ledger request or authorization check that mishandles untrusted HTTP input. Low-privileged access and a difficult exploitation path are required; successful attacks create, delete, or modify critical data and partially interrupt service.
