Improper privilege management in Oracle PeopleSoft Enterprise SCM Supplier Contract Management 9.2 allows local users to take over the application. Oracle identifies the Security component but has not published the faulty function, permission check, or operation that mishandles the user's privileges. Exploitation requires a low-privileged account with logon access to the infrastructure where the product runs and grants full application control, with possible impact beyond the product's security scope.
