Unauthenticated data access via access control flaw
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 20, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has not disclosed the affected endpoint or code path; published records identify only an access control failure that permits unauthorized reads and some unauthorized update, insert, or delete operations on WebCenter Sites data. No authentication or user interaction is required, but public records do not describe code execution, service interruption, or impact beyond the WebCenter Sites instance.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
