Local takeover via undisclosed privilege-management flaw

Oracle Communications BRM - Elastic Charging Engine allows local users with low privileges to take over four affected 15.x releases. The flaw resides in the Diameter Gateway and SDK, but Oracle has not published the vulnerable operation or the input that triggers it. Exploitation requires a low-privilege logon to the infrastructure where ECE runs and grants control over the charging engine, including its data and availability.
