Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only that the flaw is in the WebCenter Sites component and has not published the affected endpoint, code path, or the access-control check that mishandles untrusted requests. Reachability is network-based and unauthenticated, and successful exploitation can expose all accessible data, permit limited unauthorized writes, and cause a partial service interrupt.
