A vulnerability in Oracle WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to take over the application via HTTP. Oracle has not published the vulnerable endpoint, code path, or unsafe operation on untrusted input that enables the compromise. Exposure requires network reachability to the HTTP interface and low-privileged credentials; the published impact is full compromise of the WebCenter Sites instance.
