Authorization failure in Oracle Loans 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify loan data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected Internal Operations locus or the incorrect operation performed on HTTP input. Low-privilege application access is required; successful attacks can read all accessible loan data and create, delete, or modify critical records.
