Improper access control in Oracle HRMS (Norway) 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter payroll data. Oracle identifies the Norway Payroll component but does not disclose the affected endpoint, authorization check, or operation performed on HTTP input. Exploitation requires high privileges and permits reading a subset of accessible data plus updating, inserting, or deleting some accessible records, without service interruption.
