Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has not published the affected endpoint or code path; the public records disclose only that an unauthenticated HTTP request reaches functionality that fails to enforce proper access restrictions. Exposure is limited to reachable WebCenter Sites instances on those versions, and the published impact is unauthorized disclosure of all accessible data, limited data modification, and partial service interruption.
