Improper access control in Oracle iRecruitment 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote attackers to read critical application data via HTTP. Oracle identifies Internal Operations as the affected component but has not disclosed the faulty endpoint, authorization check, or input handling. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful requests expose critical data or all data accessible through iRecruitment without changing or interrupting it.
