Authenticated read and write access to customer data
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle Customers Online 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and modify customer data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected component only as Internal Operations and has not disclosed the request, authorization check, or data-access operation that fails. A low-privileged application account and HTTP reachability are required; exploitation grants complete read access and creation, deletion, or modification of all application-accessible customer data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
