High-privilege data access via undisclosed internal flaw
Published Jul 21, 2026 · Updated Jul 21, 2026
Access control failure in Oracle Time and Labor 12.2.3 through 12.2.15 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter application data via HTTP. Oracle identifies the affected locus only as Internal Operations and has not disclosed the incorrect operation or attacker-controlled input. Exploitation requires high privileges and high complexity; successful attacks expose all accessible data and permit some records to be updated, inserted, or deleted.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
