Unauthenticated data modification and partial denial of service

Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to modify data and interrupt service via HTTP. Oracle has not published the vulnerable endpoint or the authorization check that fails, and public records disclose only that unauthenticated HTTP access reaches functionality that permits unauthorized create, delete, or modify operations. No credentials or user interaction are required, and the published impact is bounded to integrity compromise of WebCenter Sites data plus partial denial of service rather than full system takeover.
