CVE-2026-60994

Cross-product data access via undisclosed core flaw

Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 18, 2026

Improper access control in Oracle Identity Manager Connector 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.1.0 allows local users to read and alter data. Oracle identifies the Core component but has not published the affected function or the operation that mishandles access control. Exploitation requires a low-privileged infrastructure login and interaction by another person, and it can expose, create, delete, or modify all connector-accessible data across product boundaries.
