Unauthenticated data access and modification
Published Aug 18, 2026 · Updated Aug 20, 2026
Improper access control in Oracle WebCenter Content 12.2.1.4.0 and 14.1.2.0.0 allows remote attackers to read and modify data via HTTP. Oracle has disclosed only the Content Server locus; the vendor has not published which request path or authorization check incorrectly permits unauthenticated HTTP access. Exposure requires network reachability to the HTTP interface, but no prior account or user interaction, and Oracle rates the flaw as scope-changing because related products can also be impacted.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
